In order to install the addin, you must agree to the following license agreement. If you do not agree with the license agreement, you must Cancel the installation.
License Agreement
Your installation and use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
Evaluation and Registration
The Free Demo Version (Shareware Version) of the Contour Plotting software for Excel is free software. The Free Demo Version will create contour plots with your data, but it will create a picture instead of the regular Excel chart generated by the Full Version.
The Full Version of the Contour Plotting software (Contour Plot) for Excel is not free software (see Website http://www.contourplot.com/ for cost in US dollars).
Unlicensed use of the Full Version of the Contour Plotting is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
Excel is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation.
Distribution
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Demo/Trial Version, you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version (Contour Plotting) to anyone; and distribute the Shareware version in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
No distribution of the Full Version of Contour Plotting for Excel is allowed.
Licensing
You may NOT reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, un-password protect, make any attempt to discover the source code of the software, or create derivative works from the Contour Plot files at any time. This applies to the Free Demo Version and the Full Version of the Contour Plotting software for Excel.
It is a good practice to thoroughly test the Contour Plotting software with non-critical data before relying on it. You are solely responsible for the use of, and results obtained from this Program.
A LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY CLIENT COMPUTER THAT WILL BE USED TO VIEW ANY WEB PAGE OR SITE WITH EMBEDDED CONTOUR PLOT CONTROLS.
You are required to have one license per computer; not per person.
*** SITE LICENSE: Site licenses are available, which would void the above statements, and if in effect, would adhere to different license requirements put forth by Contour Plot upon time of purchase which would be agreed upon by the end user or organization.
*** WARNING: Once licensed, you can not use Contour Plot on the Internet for public web surfers to run programs on their local machines. For example: You can not have an embedded Contour Plot control within your companies public web site at www.yourcompany.com. This would make it freely available to anyone viewing your site and in turn, would be using Contour Plot without a license, which is in violation U.S. and international copyright laws. CONTOUR PLOT IS FOR PRIVATE AND INTERNAL COMPANY USE ONLY.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE AVAILABLE "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY THER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which Contour Plot may be put, there is NO WARRANTY OF OPERATION OR GUARANTEE THAT Contour Plot will work in all environments.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR POSSIBLE REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Contour Plot or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Software product, even if Contour Plot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
